| Quay Vipers MCC Ireland Air Ambulance Kells to Kells Ride Out - Sat 18th July
Leaving Kells Co. Antrim on Saturday at 2 pm for a one way 115 mile ride out to Kells Co. Meath.
This is an invitation to all motorcyclists to support the launch of the new Ireland Air Ambulance service due for commission in early summer 2009.
Donation of min £5 per bike collected in Kells or at the Sprucefield stop for those wishing to join the ride out from the south of the province.
Route will be from Kells via Belfast to Junction8 arriving Sprucefield around 2 45 pm for a 30 mins regroup and fuel stop. The run will then travel to Newry, south to junction14 on the M1, N33 to Ardee with the final stretch on the N52 to Kells.
Camping facilities are available for those who wish to stay for the weekend’s race meeting.
Each rider is reminded that this is a ride out and not a sprint to the finish. There will be a mix of every bike type with various levels of rider experience. The ride out will proceed within road speed limits with the emphases on safety and the enjoyment of those participating.

Belfast to Applecross Scottish Highlands |
| Quay Vipers MCC in conjunction with Stenna HSS Belfast have organised a Charity excursion to Applecross peak on the Scottish Highlands West Coast (highest road in Britain).
This run will take place on Saturday 1st August 2009 leaving Belfast Stenna ferry terminal for Stranraer.
The return leg will be Sunday 2nd August leaving Stranraer ferry terminal for home (times to be arranged)
Approx. 700 + miles in total
50 motorcycles maximum (extra fare for pillions as usual)
Ferry fare £45 with £20 of that being donated to charity by Stenna HSS Belfast!
Total amount raised: £1,000.00 for charity
Overnight stop at Applecross £13 per head

| Members of the QVMCC will be participating in a 16 day tour of Europe incorporating France & Spain primarily.
On the way home we will be heading back via Santander - Plymouth stopping off to visit Lands End etc.
The final leg will bring us up through Wales with Snowdonia & the Welsh National Park to complete a truly wonderful Tour. |
